The Oscars have been and gone this year, but for the communications industry, we are only just entering awards season. From the Sabre Awards to the PRWeek Global Awards, we would like to take you on a tour of the globe to highlight the award-nominated work being delivered by our partners.

Starting in Europe, several agency partners have been shortlisted in the EMEA Sabre Awards. Frankfurt-based adel & link has been nominated for the award for corporate media relations for its campaign ‘The Bot God’, launched on the behalf of cloud-based mobile and online messaging solution provider LivePerson. Brands2Life has been nominated for best multi-country programme for its ‘In It Together’ campaign for LinkedIn, as well as the award for best campaign for a web-based business in the technology category for ‘Cards with Heart,’ launched on behalf of Moonpig.

Other Brands2Life Global Network partners have been recognised for consistently delivering work that is outstanding in their respective regions. With offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon, and serving clients across a plethora of industries from fintech to food & drink, Canela PR has deservedly been nominated for Iberian consultancy of the year at the EMEA Sabre Awards, while Russian partner Buman Media has been announced as the winner of the award for thought leadership in PR, at the In2 Sabre Awards.

The success continues as we look across the Atlantic, where Brands2Life US, thanks to its “blending of the best of its UK capabilities with a refreshing willingness to localise its offering in line with market expectations”, was a finalist in the Best New PR Agency for the second year running at the Sabre Awards North America. Staying in the USA, Brands2Life US partner Highwire has been recognised by the Holmes Report as the best small agency to work for, in recognition of its “cultural and engagement initiatives which have evolved to reflect changing employee expectations.” Highwire has also been nominated in the 2019 Sabre Awards North America for best global campaign in the international category for its ‘5 in 5’ campaign launched on behalf of IBM and also secured two awards of commendation from the 2019 Bronze Anvil Awards. Its Iron Ox and Norwest Venture Partners teams received this honour in the B2B media category.

Further south, with offices throughout Latin America and a dynamic pan-industry offering, Sherlock Communications has been nominated for two awards at the prestigious PRWeek Global Awards 2019. The first is a shortlist for its ‘Fighting Financial Exclusion’ campaign launched on behalf of Airfox, and the second a nomination for Best Agency in the LATAM Region for its continued delivery of high-impact communications work and its outstanding ability to consistently perform above its peers.

Finally, returning to Europe, Brands2Life was awarded PRWeek’s Best Large Agency to Work For 2019, recognising its dedication to employee welfare and career development.

Agencies in the Brands2Life Global Network are brought together by a mutual commitment to delivering work that goes above and beyond the expectations of those we work with and for. This commitment is highlighted by these award nominations, building on the existing proven record of accolades. We look forward to having all the hard work delivered globally across the Network recognised and celebrated.
