This week, the Brands2Life Global Network reunited in London for its annual Global Summit, bringing together partners from across Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East, Africa and LATAM for two days of discussion, debate and collaboration on the future of communications.
One defining question drove conversation: how agencies continue to deliver strategic value in an increasingly AI-driven world. We explored how AI is reshaping both client and employee expectations, while reinforcing the enduring importance of creativity, expertise and human judgement.
Across sessions, several shared themes emerged despite differing regional market dynamics. These included growing demand for strategic advisory services, pressure on traditional agency business models, the rise of visibility and GEO, and the continued value of trust-led, relationship-driven communications.
Our partners also discussed how AI is already transforming agency workflows and services, from content creation and video production to strategic operations and planning. While the pace of change is accelerating, discussions consistently returned to one conclusion: clients still value critical thinking, strategic counsel and human insight above all else.
We welcomed external speakers from our parent company Paritee, Truth Consulting and technology analyst George O’Connor, who explored the growing importance of trust in corporate storytelling and the evolving communications landscape. We also showcased how AI-supported video production is helping evolve multi-channel campaigns, while agencies exchanged practical examples of AI adoption, from custom GPT builds to intelligent email triage.
While technology continues to reshape our industry, the conversations throughout the Summit reinforced that trust, creativity and human connection remain at the heart of impactful communications – with the creativity evidenced in a bit of playtime with Lego.
A huge thank you to all partners, speakers and attendees for taking time to come together in person and contribute their insights across the two days. Here’s to continuing the conversation throughout 2026 and beyond.
