The 2025 Brands2Life Global Summit once again brought our amazing global network of partners together in one room to celebrate progress from the past 12 months, share knowledge about developments within regions, and inspire growth for the year ahead. This year we welcomed 13 agencies from The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, India, APAC, the Nordics and LATAM.
We had much to celebrate, including our tenth Summit! The first one was held in 2015, also in London, and, ten years on, a lot has changed.
Opening with a warm welcome and an extra special AI-generated video introduction, the tone for two days of innovation and collaboration was well and truly set. Reflecting on the past year, we thanked our partners for their unwavering support, trust, and transparency – all qualities that continue to define our Network’s success, and underpin why we recommend so many to clients and prospects. We choose to work together and we all share the same ethos and commitment to excellence.
Alongside key achievements and plans for the year ahead, we also did a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities presented by information overload in today’s comms landscape. The complexities of working with large language models in public relations today highlight four common hurdles: a lack of transparency, difficulty discerning truth, limited exclusivity, and the risk of superficial outputs. The need for a thoughtful blend of AI tools and human expertise to drive better outcomes was clear, with everyone reminded that technology is most powerful when paired with clear strategy and critical human-led thinking.
We also debated the latest advances in AI-powered film production. While AI continues to transform creative workflows, we are all in agreement that the best results come from ‘AI-supported’ creativity, where human vision and storytelling remain at the core.
Other topics discussed included growth strategies for commercial success, the importance of empathy styles, demonstrating how understanding and adapting to different perspectives can make us all more effective communicators, and we heard from in-house comms experts – always a pleasure and vital to inform our communications strategies.
All manner of topics were covered over the two days, from the continued importance of sustainability to industry consolidation continuing to reshape both agencies and client sectors. We even managed to squeeze in a salsa class led by our incredibly talented En Serio partner!
With fresh insights, renewed energy, and a shared commitment to innovation and collaboration, this year’s 2025 Summit set the stage for another exciting year ahead. Together, we look forward to pushing creative boundaries, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional results for our clients worldwide.
