CHALLENGE

As a precursor to establishing a foothold in its new target markets, the UK and the Netherlands, Celonis needed to boost its brand awareness as one of the pioneers in data process mining. As one of the only businesses doing data process mining to this extent, Celonis had a great story to tell, but it needed the support in telling it.

APPROACH

Working with PR agency Maisberger in Germany, Celonis looked to expand its profile and media presence in its target regions. In order to raise awareness of process mining, it was important to focus on raising awareness of the issues at stake to develop the Celonis name as a thought leader in the industry. Celonis CEO, Bastian Nominacher, was brought over for a press tour of some of the key national and trade publications to raise awareness of the process of data mining and to announce the availability of Celonis’ services in the UK.

IMPACT

With the announcement of Bastian’s press tour, we were able to arrange for briefings with several high profile national and trade publications including; The FT, Bloomberg, The Telegraph, Forbes and Computer Weekly. Initially taken on board as a project client, Celonis is now looking at becoming a retained client with Brands2Life and its partner network.
